2024 RAM Electric trucks (Previously Dodge) are offered at enticing prices and will provide you with outstanding performance. Although RAM trucks are now a separate, full-fledged brand, and no longer fall under the Dodge banner (which now focuses on high-performance vehicles like the Charger and Challenger) this legendary truck will always be associated with the brand name under which it was born.

Built on the STLA Frame, the RAM 1500 electric stands out from the competition with a much bolder and much more stunning design, without forgetting the remarkable performance it offers. Let’s take a closer look at the RAM REV, which offers outstanding specs that will make the competition green with envy.
The Ram REV, expected to arrive in Canada towards the end of 2024, offers astonishing levels of performance. In fact, the powerful electric powertrain is equipped with 654 horsepower and 620 lb-ft. maximum torque, which will allow you to expedite the 0-100 km/hr in as little as 4.5 seconds.
When it comes to the electric range, if the truck is equipped with the standard offered 168-kWh battery, you can expect around 560 kilometers on one single charge. It will also be possible to equip the 2025 RAM REV with a 229-kWh battery (optional), bringing the electric range up to 800 kilometers.
Moreover, the RAM REV will be able to recuperate 177 kilometers of range in only 10 minutes, when plugged to a level 3 charging station; charging on level 1 and 2 charging stations is also possible.
Finally, when it comes to the towing capacities, they can reach up to 14,000 pounds (6,350 kg); maximum payload is 1,700 pounds (771 kg).
The word “bold” is barely strong enough to describe the RAM REV’s interior and exterior design, which will surely be receiving several prizes for its stunning look.
The front portion of the vehicle boasts a unique light signature: the fork-shaped headlights are splendid, and the illuminated RAM logo contributes to a stunning luminous effect. At the rear, the taillights are also stylised and so is the RAM logo placed at the very center of the trunk.
Although we still do not have all of the details regarding the RAM REV, it seems to be equipped with large tires.
Interior fit and finishes have been selected with care and so have the materials found throughout; this is especially true when it comes to the Tungsten trim. This luxurious trim level offers, among other things, comfortable 24- way power seats with memory and massage functions (optional).
Let’s also mention a generous interior space, along with loads of amenities and technologies.

Different models are offered for the (previously Dodge) 2024 RAM electric; prices will be revealed at a later date. You will be able to choose between the Tradesman, Sport, Big Horn, Laramie, Limited and Tungsten trim levels.
The 2025 RAMCHARGER is also an all-new model. It is equipped with a combustion engine that works as a generator and offers a longer range. Built on the new STLA platforms, specially designed for full-sized electric models, this truck also offers solid levels of performance.
Firstly, let’s mention that the Ramcharger offers the greatest amount of targeted range for its category, with 1,110 kilometers, making it a very enticing truck.
Moreover, thanks to the 663 horsepower/615 lb-ft. maximum torque it offers, it can reach the 0-100 km/hr in as little as 4.4 seconds and offers a 14,000-pound towing capacity, along with a 2,625-pound payload, making it a leader in its segment.
The all-new 2025 Ramcharger also offers the best lockable storage space for its category, thanks to the RamBox storage system, which has been available on RAM 1500 trucks for several years already.
Among the other remarkable features offered by the 2025 Ramcharger, let’s mention the bi-directional charging capacities, from vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to home. This feature allows the RAM truck to charge another Stellantis battery operated electric vehicle or to provide your home with electricity in the event of an outage, for example.
The 2025 RAM 1500 is equipped with a 92-kWh battery-block, coupled with a 3.6 L V6 powertrain, whose mission is to feed the integrated 130-kW alternator. Moreover, it will be possible to recuperate up to 80- kilometers of fully electric range in only 10 minutes, by opting for a 400 V continuous quick charging station (145-kW maximum power).
Given that there are no mechanical connections between the V6 and the wheels, this truck is not considered a plug-in hybrid, to be precise, even though it relies on a thermal engine.
Let’s also mention the presence of a charging port, positioned on the quarter panel in front, on the driver’s side. When the vehicle is plugged, the RAM logo flashes to indicate that it is charging; once charging is complete, you will hear a sound signal. The charging port features level 1 and level 2 AC charging on the top half of the charger, and DC fast charging on the lower half of the charger.
The 2025 Ramcharger perfectly combines the traditional style of the RAM 1500 to that of the all-new RAM REV. Among other things, you will find a modern front shield in the same colour as the body, to make this model stand out from other RAM vehicles.
The Ramcharger is equipped with superior quality headlights and taillights that are perfectly adapted to electric vehicles. The rounded hood, the large dimension wheels with a spectacular design and the rugged lines create an overall style you are not soon to forget.
You will also recognize the typical RAM interior, with very high-quality materials like leather, metal, and carbon fiber, among other things. It is also very spacious, no matter where you take place inside.
Among the amenities you could find aboard the Ramcharger, among other things, you will find 24- way power heated and ventilated front seats with memory and massage functions, power lumbar support settings and a 4- way power headrest, along with metal pedals, to name just a few.
This truck is not only luxurious and powerful; in fact, the Ramcharger offers an interior loaded with an impressive number of on-board technologies and evolved safety features.
On board, you can find features such as wireless cellphone charging, the UConnect 5 system with a 14.5- inch touch screen, a 12.3- inch display, a 10.25- inch screen for the front passenger, a digital rear-view mirror, head-up display, a 1,228-W and 23- speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system, hands-free driving technology on highway, navigation and Lane Keep Assist, among other things.
For the time being, the manufacturer has remained discreet when it comes to the Ramcharger and the price for the different trim levels. Nevertheless, we do know that this model should hit the American market toward the end of 2024; but we will have to wait until early 2025 before it arrives in Canada.
However, we do know that the 2025 Ramcharger will be available in the following trim levels: Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Limited and Tungsten.
